I use vitamin B5 in this form to support my adrenal glands! This supplement has been incredible for my energy levels! I take 1500 mg on an empty stomach and feel fantastic throughout the day! Previously, I struggled to get up in the morning and felt exhausted all day! This has been my discovery in adrenal recovery!
